Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Blockscape: Relax Puzzle and its service providers process, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
You can play the core puzzle game without an account. If you choose email sign-in, we process your email address and an account identifier. For signed-in features, we process unused tool inventory, purchase and rewarded-ad delivery records, leaderboard scores, game statistics, and the region you select. Game progress and visual preferences are otherwise stored on your device.
Google Play and RevenueCat process purchase history and identifiers needed to complete, verify, and restore purchases. Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process IP-derived approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, consent choices, diagnostics, and ad interactions to deliver optional rewarded ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and never reach the game or RSH Studio.
How we use information
We use this information to provide accounts, synchronize account-backed features, deliver and restore purchases, grant optional ad rewards, prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards, operate leaderboards, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal accounting duties. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and sharing
Information is shared only when needed to operate these features. Our service providers are Google Play and Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, and Supabase. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted after a valid deletion request. Limited de-identified or transaction records may be retained when necessary for refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or legal obligations. Google Play purchase records remain subject to Google’s retention rules. Data sent between the game and its service providers is encrypted in transit.
Your choices
Rewarded ads are optional. Consent and ad-privacy choices are available in the game’s Settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the in-app Delete account action or the web account-deletion page. Deleting your account removes server-held account data but does not erase local progress from your device; clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app to remove that local data.
Children and international use
The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. If local law requires parental consent for a younger user, do not create an account or use advertising features without that consent. Information may be processed outside your country with safeguards used by our service providers.
